We always combine shipping for multiple purchases. Our shipping fees are based on the following (Paypal Fees and actual shipping cost: Ink, postage, envelope etc...) never more. All items are shipped via USPS first class unless otherwise stated in the description. All US shipments are sent with delivery confirmation. Once packages are in the mail system we can not be responsible for cost of lost items unless insurance is purchased (with the exception of priority mail). The post office will only refund postage costs if it is not delivered. Insurance is $2.10 for US orders up to $50.00 and $2.65 for $51.00-$100. Please request insurance for larger orders and contact us first so we can adjust the listing for you to include insurance :)

All international orders are shipped First Class Package International Service through USPS. There is delivery confirmation only until it leaves the US. Once packages are in the mail system overseas it is not tracked by the US Post Office. We can not be responsible for lost items unless insurance is purchased (with the exception of priority mail). To have a package tracked all the way through internationally it must go international express mail. Please contact us for a quote, we can not be responsible for undelivered international packages unless express mail is used.

Refunds are given to any unhappy customers upon return of items. Refunds will be the cost of the item only and will not include shipping fees unless there was a mis-representation of the item sold. Please contact us with any questions prior to making a purchase so we can avoid any misunderstandings :) Non-receipt of items within the US and International (with delivery confirmation) - we will confirm with the post office that the item was not received/lost. If the item had insurance on it we will submit the claim to the Post Office and upon receipt of funds, we will return them to the customer (cost of postage and items). With out insurance purchased on orders, we will only be able to refund the cost of postage once we receive it from the post office. We can not submit a claim until 45 days have passed for international shipments and 30 days for domestic shipments.

Processing time for shipments are approximately 1 business day if the items are findings, beads or figurines. Crochet Work is started when ordered and the listing will state how long it will take to get in the mail. Although we normally get them out sooner then the listing says :)

We give discounts for larger crochet applique orders: 10% for 20-40 items, 15% for 41-60 appliques and 20% for 61 or more :) Just contact us through email ([email protected]) and we can make you a custom listing with the discount :)

Ma enjoys customizing her work for folks and likes to see what folks do with her creations :) We can not start on custom orders without at least a 1/2 order total deposit put down on them. Sorry but we have actually completed one in the past and had the customer change there mind after Mom was 1/2 done with it :( As you can understand, it takes time to crochet and a certain color mix might not be liked by others so we have to at least charge for her time and the yarn, if folks change there mind later.
